OUR TRAINING
How the Training Program Works:
Structured. Consistent. Intentional.
Black Bear Training is a monthly training program, not just drop in classes.
Schedule:
Train 1 - 2 times per week in season and 1- 4 times per week off-season, depending on each individual athlete's schedule and goals
-Scheduled around existing club and/or school training and games
-Adjusted as needed weekly throughout the season
-Designed to support performance without overtraining
Consistency is a key part of any athletic development - our structure helps athletes build habits that last!
A POSITIVE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT:
At Black Bear Training we see our role as very simple: help every athlete improve! We strive to create an environment where the focus stays on development, progress, and consistency rather than wins or losses, playing time, position played, or team politics. We want athletes to look forward to training with us and taking pride in being part of what we offer.
